2. What Data We Collect and Why
We collect personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under Article 6 GDPR.
2a. Application Form
When you submit an application via our website, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), age (optional), playing position, preferred program duration, preferred start date, and your written playing background and goals. Submissions are transmitted via Formspree (a third-party form processing service) before being delivered to us.
- Purpose: To assess your application and communicate with you about the program.
- Lawful basis: Pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: Application data is kept for 24 months, then deleted unless a contract is formed.
2b. Book a Call (Calendly)
When you book a call via our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and selected appointment time. This data is processed by Calendly LLC and shared with us to facilitate the call.
- Purpose: To schedule and manage discovery calls about the program.
- Lawful basis: Pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: Booking data is kept for 12 months, then deleted unless a contract is formed.
2c. Enquiries by Email or Phone
If you contact us directly, we retain the content of your communication and your contact details.
- Purpose: To respond to your enquiry.
- Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: 12 months after the last communication, unless a contract is formed.
2d. Website Technical Data (Server Logs)
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access timestamps.
- Purpose: Security monitoring and diagnosing technical issues.
- Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: Up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
2e. Analytics Cookies (with Consent)
If you click "Accept All" on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand aggregated visitor behaviour — pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. IP anonymisation is enabled; no personally identifiable information is shared with Google.
Lawful basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer, which clears your preference and reloads the page without loading Analytics.

4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Calendly LLC — our call scheduling provider. When you book a call, your name, email, and appointment details are processed by Calendly. See their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
- Formspree (formspree.io) — our application form processor. When you submit the application form, your data passes through Formspree's servers before reaching us. Formspree acts as a data processor. See their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Hosting / infrastructure providers — to operate the website (data processors under a data processing agreement).
- Stahre Academy (Sweden) — our program delivery partner, who receives application data to assess your candidacy.
- Law enforcement or regulators — where required by applicable law.
Any transfer of personal data outside the EEA is conducted under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:
