2a. Application Form

When you submit an application via our website, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), age (optional), playing position, preferred program duration, preferred start date, and your written playing background and goals. Submissions are transmitted via Formspree (a third-party form processing service) before being delivered to us.

2b. Book a Call (Calendly)

When you book a call via our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and selected appointment time. This data is processed by Calendly LLC and shared with us to facilitate the call.

2c. Enquiries by Email or Phone

If you contact us directly, we retain the content of your communication and your contact details.

2d. Website Technical Data (Server Logs)

Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access timestamps.

2e. Analytics Cookies (with Consent)

If you click "Accept All" on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand aggregated visitor behaviour — pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. IP anonymisation is enabled; no personally identifiable information is shared with Google.
