The Program
What exactly is the Nordic Pro Experience?+

A 30–90 day football immersion based at Campus Vaxholm in the Stockholm Archipelago. You train twice per day in small groups (max 5 players per coach), receive individual evaluation through Futeval+ and Kinematics Analysis. Everything is included in the price: lodging, a daily food stipend, and airport transfers.

Who is this program best for?+

Players seeking a European benchmark and objective feedback. Players preparing for college recruitment, semi-pro, or pro trials. Goalkeepers needing dedicated reps and specialist coaching. Female players wanting a safe, structured, competitive environment. If you want measurable improvement backed by real data, not just a trip, this is for you.

Do you guarantee a contract or professional placement?+

No. We provide an honest benchmark, a clear development plan, and credible exposure to Nordic environments. We can arrange trials and introductions where the fit is realistic, but outcomes depend on your performance and club decisions. We don't sell contracts. We build readiness.

What ages do you accept?+

Typically 16+ (case-by-case depending on safeguarding and supervision needs). We evaluate each applicant individually. Younger players may require additional parental or guardian arrangements. There is no upper age limit. If you're serious about improving, we're interested.

Can goalkeepers join? What about female players?+

Yes to both. GK specialist training (footwork, handling, diving, distribution) can be scheduled as an add-on within the weekly plan. Goalkeepers receive the same Futeval+ and Kinematics assessments as outfield players. Female players are explicitly welcome. We maintain a structured, respectful environment with clear safeguarding standards.

Logistics & Travel
Do I need a visa?+

Most short stays are visa-free for many nationalities, but you must verify your own situation. Sweden is part of the Schengen Area; US, UK, Canadian, and most Western passport holders can stay up to 90 days without a visa. Always check with your country's embassy or the Swedish Migration Agency before booking.

How do I get there? Are transfers included?+

Fly into Stockholm Arlanda (ARN). Group transfers from the airport to Campus Vaxholm are arranged on both arrival and departure; it's included in the program. You don't need to figure out Swedish public transport on day one.

What should I bring?+

Boots, shin guards, training base layers, and any relevant medical notes. A daily food stipend is provided. Pack for variable Nordic weather; mornings and evenings near the water can be cool even in summer. A light waterproof jacket is always a good idea. We also recommend bringing a set of smart casual clothes — there will be evenings and outings where you'll want to present yourself well.

What's NOT included in the price?+

Flights to/from Sweden are not included. Players should carry their own medical and travel insurance. Personal spending money for extras beyond the program is your own responsibility. Trial availability depends on fit, timing, and club decisions, and cannot be guaranteed.

Safety & Environment
Is it safe?+

Campus Vaxholm is a professional, controlled facility used by Swedish clubs. We operate with clear conduct rules, structured supervision, and local support contacts available at all times. The archipelago setting is calm, safe, and focused. Safeguarding standards are explicitly in place for all players.

What if I get injured during the program?+

We build warm-up and recovery protocols into every training day, and Kinematics Analysis helps flag injury-risk patterns early. Players should carry their own medical/travel insurance. We have local support contacts for any medical needs that arise. Minor injuries are handled with in-house physio time built into the daily schedule.

Results & Outcomes
Can I get a trial at a Swedish or Finnish club?+

We arrange trial introductions with pro and semi-pro clubs in Sweden and Finland where the fit is realistic. Trials are not sold or guaranteed; they are earned through performance in the program. We are honest about eligibility, timing, and club interest. The strongest performers in 60 and 90-day programs have the widest trial window.

What does my player profile include?+

Every player leaves with a shareable digital profile containing: a written Futeval+ assessment (strengths, gaps, development plan), kinematics movement data from entry and exit testing, a curated video archive from training sessions and matches, and a formatted one-page player profile document. This can be sent directly to clubs, agents, and college programs.

What if I don't get a trial or contract? Was it worth it?+

Yes. A trial or contract is one possible outcome, not the only measure of value. Every player leaves with a documented player profile, a real European training baseline, and clarity on exactly where they are in their development. That kind of honest, measurable feedback is rare, and it's valuable whether you pursue football in Europe or return home to train and compete.

Application & Selection
How selective is the program?+

We don't accept everyone who applies. The program only works if every player in the group has the right attitude and the physical readiness to train at a high level. We evaluate applications based on playing background, video clips, and a short interview with the coaching team. We look for serious, coachable, motivated players, not necessarily the highest-level players, but players with the right mentality.

What do I need to include in my application?+

Submit the online application form with your playing background and goals. After initial review, we'll ask for 3–5 recent video clips (training or match footage). We then schedule a short video call with the coaching team before offering a spot. The whole process typically takes 3–7 days from your initial application.

How far in advance should I apply?+

As early as possible; spots are strictly capped to maintain the 5:1 coaching ratio. Some intake windows fill 6 to 8 weeks in advance. We recommend applying at least 4 to 6 weeks before your preferred start date, and 8 or more weeks if you are applying for peak summer windows (July to August).
